Troubleshooting
If your media player of choice won’t let you view the visuals of the interviews, there are several ways to fix the problem.
Download and install this codec pack, it will automatically find your media player and upgrade this.
Choose another media player! VLC is suggested by many, personally I like the classic MediaPlayer (for WinXP / for Win98). Both are free. To view the clips in a different mediaplayer than your default one, you might need to right click the file and choose “Open with..” the first time you use the new player.
Check that your computer settings are allowing DivX:
1. Go to Start, Control Panel, desktop/screen/monitor settings or..
Right click on your desktop, click Properties, go to Settings
2. Choose Advanced, select the Troubleshoot tab, and slide the Hardware acceleration bar up to “Full”
