Sequels and theme related movies
A little while back, rumours started buzzing about Samuel L. Jackson planning a follow-up to The Long Kiss Goodnight – this time without Geena, whose character would be killed off before the movie starts. How can that be an interesting movie, huh? ;) Today, AHN brings the news of A League of Their Own director Penny Marshall being involved in the planning of two new baseball related movies; one on the Baseball Hall of Fame’s first woman inductee, and the other project being a documentary about the Negro leagues.
And speaking of baseball movies; the fanlisting for A League of Their Own is now located here at Geena-Davis.net! Expect more content to be added to it soon, like screencaps, fanart, trivia and more.
